I as a buyer was completely duped. The management did not inform me that Yuthika ( Baner) was under litigation : http://www.punemirror.in/article/2/201305092013050900415568776925910/Police-book-developer-for-forgery-building-on-disputed-land-in-Baner.html. It was only when i received court notice that i found out that there was a problem . To top it I currently reside in the US. Yuthika staff has not informed me about the legal process ( lawyer who is representing the case summary of the hearing,status of the case). The staff does not respond to any of my queries after multiple attempts are made to reach them over email and phone. Agreement mentioned that the complex will be ready by Dec-2013 which is not the case. I would really like to caution anyone who wants to invest their hard earned money in this property . I totally regret my decision to invest with Paranjpee builders it is a sham.

Well as you would expect in India, possession was delayed, but finally we got it. It has been long wait and took lots of pursuing the builder to finish it, but finally result is very satisfactory. Development is really good and at very good standard, garden, parking and fencing is all nicely done. Would I recommend builder, well if you are ready for long wait and allow builder to finish buildings at his own pace then its not a bad option. Especially at price you can buy it and kind of appreciation you could get eventually.

on this petrol pump all the guys are cheater, one guy will divert your mind by asking about card details or by asking u want bill or not and the other guy will promptly stop dispensing petrol and quickly reset the meter and quote some price that is higher than the actual cost of dispensed petrol. i personally experinced this 2 times. so better avoid this petrol pump.
