    Its agood building. Construction quality is good. But builder makes lots of false promises. There is menace of students who reside as tenants(since the building is near to MIT college, giving the flats on rent to students is more lucrative to the owners). Also you can not escape from the menace of slum dwellers in nearby building(builder built this building which is ajacent to Vanraji and rehabiltated the slums). There is no space at all for your kids if your kids want to play for some time in the evening or weekend. Beware of parking problems and intruders. As per PMC, builder cant build a fence around this building, so security is a big concern if u lan to stay here. Otherwise the location is good( very noisy though due to student community). Construction quality is good.

    One of the Best Locations in Pune, surrounded by mother nature's green forms. Hence the most sought after place by all looking for permanent residency. Nearness to nature and peace yet near to the heart of city is the best feature. Not to forget extremly close to one of Pune's Historical Place - Parvati Hills.
