    Bal Developers are cheats, with zero customer focus. They havent provided the clubhouse they promised to the kapil malhar bungalow scheme, and look at the state of their approach roads. Also the entire complex had to be vacated as water had entered most homes during the monsoon of 2005. I wonder how they got the awards, probably the judges were blindfolded.
