    i stay in that colony and i guess the location marked on the map is incorrect. the place that is marked is just one corner of the colony, Nerurkar/Nadkarni and Lad's residence, however the block to be marked should have begun from the big green tree(next to the place holder for 'Deshpande') and extending diagonally upto the present extreme corner, at the same time encompassing, the 'h' corner of hotel jagannath and the other corner being the end of the Zilla Parishad building.
