    I visited kasba peth ward office today 29/12/2015 for the correction in address on birth certificate of my child. I was surprised that this was done within 15 minutes. Even there were no agents wandering outside office. They asked me to collect the certificate copy from my regional ward office. I hope they maintain this type of service in future also.

    The guy asks you to see if the tank is full. As soon as you look down, he increases the amount by 50. I caught him and threatened to call police. I met the manager, who gave me back my money from the guy saying 'now that will teach him a lesson'. I suspect everyone's involved. Problem is that there's no nearby conveniant petrol pump..
