    I agree with above comments. This company sucks.DON'T ever join AVOCENT group. Mngmnt has created a lobby and it cares for people who are part of lobby. People who don't have delivery expereince are acting as delivery director and use Pune center as sweat shop. Mngmnt does no planning and expects work to be done on adhoc basis
