    I remember Vaishali and Roopali with their old names,viz.Madras Health Home, and Cafe Madras respectively.In my college days of 1963 to 1967/68both these hotels were popular among only collegians and that too only BOYS.Now, they are family restaurants giving excellent world class South Indian Food.

    Gosh, if there is something i shall always remember in my life it would be the school that i had attended from the LKG right up to standard 10. Those school going days of telling tales and biting nails are gone........oh if i had one wish i would like to rewind time and go back to my school days. I shall always remember that old house that stood in the center of the new school building, that is where we used to have our classes, and later on when the school building was built we moved into the hall and then at standard one we had a regular class room that was near to the steps. well i am a batch of the 1970s and yea i do remember MS RAMOLA, MS USHA, MS ROSY, MS FATIMA, OUR PT TEACHER THEN OUR OLD MUSIC TEACHER GOSH I FORGOT HER NAME BUT I DO REMEMBER SISTER CLAUDIA, SISTER MARITESS, MOTHER SUPERIOR MARY. and of course i do remember our gatekeeper MOTI and TEK and oh how can i forget SISTER LEENA. Some of my good friends were JENNIFER DSOUZA CECILIA SANTIAGO P R MANGALA SUNITA SAXENA PRITI BEDI UMA RAO MARIA FERNANDES.............BOARDER ZITA DSOUZA.................BOARDER YOLANDA FERNANDES...........BOARDER ANITA BARVE.................BOARDER WOW i wish that someday i shall be able to visit my old school the place where i learnt so much. The silent little library was the best place that i always wanted to be in. Those were the best days of my life
