    All of Paranjape's projects in last 5 yrs have been having excessive pricing, mega delays, average or below average quality and no choice (even if scheme not sold). Prices jacked up and heavy advertising going on to try and sell. Beware.. This project is near Veerbhadra nagar. All this area is famous for some bad activities (see indianrealestateforum threads and local news paper about rackets running from and by ppl living in this area). Do no fall prey to such builders.

    Site is bang close to highway. While builder is very reliable (dajikaka gadgil - company of PNG), location is not good. So is surrounding.
